Ciabatta with Chicken

Sun Valley breaded chicken tenderloin, Ciabatta, tomato!​

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

4 Breaded chicken filet Sun Valley

2 ciabatta rolls

2 lettuce leaves

1 large tomato

radishes or onions

pepper, oil

Sauce

3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of ketchup

Steps to Prepare

Step 1
Fry the tenderloins for about 10 minutes in a hot pan with a tablespoon of oil. Wash the tomato and cut the other vegetables into slices. Cut the buns into halves. If you want them to be crispy, fry them lightly in a dry frying pan or in the oven.Mix mayonnaise with ketchup.
Step 2
Place a lettuce leaf and tomato slices on the bottom of the buns. Brush with the prepared sauce and place the tenderloins on it. Sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper. Cover with the other part of the bun.
